• Design and continuously update course curricula, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
• Guide students through live projects, creative portfolio building, and real-world design briefs.
• Evaluate student assignments, provide constructive feedback, and assess overall design competency.
• Explain foundational visual design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individualized mentoring to struggling learners.
• Prepare multimedia learning resources, presentations, design exercises, and evaluation rubrics.
• Track, record, and report on batch attendance, learning milestones, and student performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest visual design trends, creative tools, and commercial workflows.
