 Every requisition or job requirement is treated first as a Job Project.
 The Job Project then can have two parts: either candidate will apply to
 a job post or the HR will search for candidates and create a talent pool
 for the same Job Project. Once a Job Project is created you can then
 create a job post. Fill in the requirement form, review it and your job
 is now posted post an internal review.

You can click on Job Posting or All Projects. The number of views, and
 the candidates who have applied will be clearly listed there.

This can be due to several reasons. Work on the points below to
 increase your application response rate.&nbsp;


 1. You can always look at the number of views for the job posts. If the
 views are high and people who have applied are low - you should make the
 job more attractive.


 2. Give your job at least 4-5 days for getting a sufficient number of
 responses.


 3. Ensure that you have mentioned an appropriate Job title (avoid
 multiple designations, abbreviations, etc.) &amp; have written a
 comprehensive job description.


 4. Specify the key roles and skills required. Select at least 4 skills
 required to get a proper match.


 5. Salary should be at par with exp. &amp; designation and should be
 visible to attract the candidates.


 6. Update that you&rsquo;re open to hiring from other industries for
 this role.


 7. Perhaps check and see if video is selected as a mandatory
 requirement. You may want to allow candidates to only submit
 resume&rsquo;s. However we strongly recommend to use video option as it
 improves application quality and shows seriousness for the role by the
 candidates.


 Share on Social Media&nbsp; &ndash; This option can be used to share your job on the social &amp;
 professional networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter &amp; LinkedIn
 for enhancing the visibility of your Jobs beyond Unojobs.


 Company Career Page&ndash; Update your company page and have it published on your website.
 You&rsquo;ll be surprised at how many candidates visit your company
 page. Now they have a career page to apply directly.

There maybe a fault at the network provider or our Twilio service.
 Although this is extremely rare, please be patient and the SMS should
 arrive!

The credits available to you are listed in the menu bar (Credits). You
 can click on view plan/edit to view the entire purchase history of
 credits as well as credits utilisation for various plans. Once your
 balance hits zero - a pop up message will be displayed to top up your
 credits.&nbsp;


 In case your balance is zero - The following changes will occur in your
 account

Profiles that you have already access are available in your Candidate
 Discovery &mdash;&gt; Search History Tab. The profiles will be visible
 for a period of 180 days from the day you clicked on the profile and
 will disappear permanently from the search history.

&nbsp;

 Additionally profiles that you have saved in talent pool will also be
 available there for a period of 180 days. However, these profiles will
 be greyed out and can be renewed by using credits or if you have
 candidate discovery views left, they will become clickable
 again.&nbsp;

The jobs posted on the platform will be visible on the career page till they expire. You cannot hide one particular job from the career page, but you do have the option to disable the career page entirely.

Candidates typically visit and explore the companies' pages they are interested in working for. Your top candidates actively seek out job openings on your career page. However, due to the lack of availability or outdated information on most companies' career pages, you miss out on great candidates.

A company's career page is a dedicated section on their website that showcases a comprehensive list of potential job openings and provides essential information about the company.

Setting up the career page is completely free of charge. However, there is a fee associated with posting jobs, and only after payment will they be visible on the career page. Candidates have the option to apply either through our platform or directly on the career page. To establish the career page, you need to create a designated section on your website called "Careers" or "Jobs" and link it to your unique personalized career page URL. This URL, specific to your company, will be prominently displayed in the career page section.

We have introduced an option that allows job postings to be exclusively displayed on the job board, without appearing on the career page. To access this feature, navigate to the career page menu and scroll down to view all the jobs currently visible on the career page. To hide a specific job from the career page, simply click on the "hide" option associated with that particular job. If needed, you can always make the job visible again at a later time.

 All your candidates are available within the Job Project, and
 categorised under the various pipelines&mdash;&gt;Applied, Talent Pool,
 Interviews, Discussion and Hired.

How can I fetch additional information from the candidates (e.g. - expected CTC, current projects which they are working on etc.) when they apply for the job(s) posted by me?All you have to do is click on the Applications&mdash;&gt; Candidate Name and a pop-up windows will open which show you the complete profile of the candidate. Details such as Expected CTC, Preferences, Education, Employment, Distance, Office Location Preference, Office Work Mode Preference are all available

You can go to their my team tab and update their profile. They will be
 required to send you the OTP, to update their new number

You have the option to automatically reject people form applying for a
 role where they match less than 40% for the job profile. This will
 reduce the quantity of applications, however increase the quality pool,
 reduce time spent on screening resumes, and drastically speed up
 hiring!

You can click on the billing screen and check your credits. If you
 bought 2 credits in January, and then you bought 2 in August. When we
 redeem your credits we always use the first ones from the first purchase
 as those have an earlier expiry date.

You can click on the company career page and update your companies
 profile there. Recommended size: 123px &times; 62px

Extend your job would extend its duration(for further 31 days) &amp;
 enhance the visibility on the site. This in turn would increase the
 scope of applies.&nbsp;


 Please note, each &ldquo;Extend&rdquo; consumes a job posting credit
 from your subscription. This feature is currently not available.

The job post will be reviewed and then be made live within 24 hours.
 You will get a notification once your job post is live.

In order to login to your employer&#39;s account, go to

 and click on the log-in section of the employer and then specify your
 username &amp; password. You will receive an OTP

This will be done while your account is being registered or&nbsp;


 When you create a new user - the phone number will be validate

You can always make the job post inactive and it will be removed from
 the website within 4 hours. Please note : once a job is inactive the
 days will still be counted for expiry of the job post. You can make it
 active again for free within the timeframe that is left for your job
 post

Addition of a Sub-User can only be done by the local admin in the
 Manage Team - Settings tab. You can add Company HR, External Recruiter,
 (Change Local Admin)

Each hiring team gets a hiring space. Each hiring space can have
 multiple or one office address linked. This can be done via the settings
 tab to add more office address to a hiring space. Each office address
 that you add will automatically add that city location to the hiring
 location.

The job post will remain live basis the option that you have selected.
 Currently the job post validity ranges from 30-60 days.

 In case candidates are stored in a Talent Pool - the pool will
 disappear after 6 months and will disappear from the search history
 section after 6 months.

 Messages of users will also be deleted automatically after
 expiry.&nbsp;

Buying Credits

 <li style="list-style-type: disc">
 All job applicant responses received will be visible for a period of
 6 months from the date the job posts validity expires. Job Posts
 cannot be extended beyond the validity period.
 </li>
 <li style="list-style-type: disc">
 Once the 6 month period expires the job post will disappear and auto
 delete / candidates who have applied will not be accessible.
 </li>
 <li style="list-style-type: disc">
 In case you have created a candidate pool - those will remain till
 the time the candidate pool validity expires.
 </li>
 <li style="list-style-type: disc">
 Messages of users will also be deleted automatically
 </li>
 <li style="list-style-type: disc">
 job requestor access expires when the job post is deleted. If they
 are linked to 2 job posts, and they have 1 which has expired, only the
 one that is active will be visible.

 basis in case users remain active

 Employers should de-activate users to avoid credits being used. This
 can be done from the plans tab

Yes but for a limited time only. All candidates searched and profile
 seen (resume, video or profile) will be displayed in the search history
 tab. The search history tab will only show profile seen results for a
 period of the last 90 days. All candidate saved in talent pools will
 expire at the end of talent pool expiration timeframe - regardless of
 when they were searched.

All purchases made will have invoice issue automatically on the
 platform and can be downloaded for your taxation purposes. You can click
 on edit/view plan to download the invoice.

You have the option to view their contact details by clicking on their
 profile. Candidates have the preference to set their method and
 preference of communication. Candidates can be contacted via phone,
 email or through our in-app messaging feature (Recommended)

We have the option of putting out announcements (feature is currently
 in testing), which will be sent to all the candidates in the Job project
 - Job Post section only. You can individual messages to candidates in
 Talent Pool (as they have not applied for a job post - and you have
 reached out to them)

You have a filter for gender based roles only. You can filter basis
 your criteria for Male / Female / Non-Binary / Trans-Gender / Prefer not
 to say

In candidate discovery search functionality you can simply click on
 experience filter and select freshers. It&rsquo;s that easy!
