We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Garments with strong knowledge of apparel product development and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Manage product development from concept/sample to bulk productionDevelop new T-shirts, Polos and other apparel productsStrong knowledge of fabrics, GSM, trims, stitching and garment constructionHandle sampling, fit corrections and size specificationsProduct costing and margin planningFabric & trim sourcing and vendor coordinationCreate and manage product specifications / tech packsCoordinate with design, sampling and production teamsEnsure product quality, fit and finishing standardsResearch market trends and develop commercially viable productsManage product timelines and ensure on-time launchesRequirements 8+ years of experience in garment/apparel industryStrong experience in knitwear and T-shirt product developmentExcellent understanding of fabrics, fits, patterns, costing and manufacturingAbility to independently take a product from idea to final productionSalary: Based on experience Compensation: 20,000.00 - 42,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .

• Own core deliverables associated with the Product Manager Garment / Apparel role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
• Bring structure, follow-through, and clarity to ambiguous or evolving workstreams.
