Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, architects, and interior designers.
• Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with key corporate decision-makers.
• Present and pitch the company's design solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and payment terms to secure profitable contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with existing accounts to foster long-term relationships and drive repeat orders.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing across the industry.
• Maintain updated records of leads, pipelines, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
