Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between loan applicants and partner banking institutions.
• Review borrower files to verify financial credentials and eligibility criteria.
• Manage customer inquiries and guide applicants through banking documentation requirements.
• Liaise with bank branch managers and credit teams to expedite file sanctions and disbursements.
• Track and update the internal CRM system with daily operational and pipeline progress.
• Identify potential underwriting hurdles and coordinate with applicants to provide necessary clarifications.
• Provide comprehensive support to students regarding collateral valuation and legal scrutiny procedures.
• Meet operational turnaround time (TAT) targets for loan case processing.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Assist senior banking coordinators in preparing monthly operational summaries and reports.
