ViralChilly is hiring an entry-level Proposal Coordinator to support the business development team in drafting, coordinating, and delivering high-quality client proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFPs, client inquiries, and project briefs to identify key deliverables and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams to collect required estimates, scope details, and input.
• Draft customized business proposals, pitches, and capability decks based on client requirements.
• Maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates, case studies, client testimonials, and pricing sheets.
• Proofread and format proposal documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
• Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all assigned proposal drafts.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to strengthen client pitch arguments and service positioning.
• Update CRM databases with status reports on submitted bids and proposals.
• Assist in preparing post-proposal follow-up communications and presentation decks for client calls.
• Participate in proposal debrief sessions to identify areas for workflow and document improvement.
