Key Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and release criteria for Oracle Retail Xstore POS implementations.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers in functional, integration, and regression testing workflows.
• Oversee POS hardware and software integration validation, including payment terminals, scanners, and peripherals.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for retail Point of Sale systems and connected backends.
• Validate omni-channel commerce scenarios, store inventory management, and customer returns workflows.
• Analyze software requirements and partner with retail architects to identify edge cases early.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles across cross-functional engineering and release teams.
• Manage defect lifecycles, bug tracking, root-cause analyses, and retesting protocols using Jira.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA automation coverage, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide regular testing status reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to client stakeholders.
