We are looking for a Python Developer who loves working with LLMs to design, build, and optimize agentic research systems end-to-end. What you will do Design and build Python agent pipelines that decompose a complex question into research steps (plan - retrieve - rank - cross-check - synthesize) and return a well-structured, evidence-backed answer.Integrate external tools into agents via function/tool calling: web search, page fetch, embeddings, LLM chat, and code/repository search.Optimize agent behaviour under real constraints - quality, latency, and a strict per-task tool budget - and keep cost/quality ratios competitive.Build evaluation harnesses that score agent outputs against reference answers using LLM-based judges; benchmark iterations and drive continuous improvement.Write clean, tested, maintainable Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in API design and integration with internal scoring/reporting services.Monitor execution traces and tool usage to find waste and improve prompts, retrieval, and reasoning.What we are looking for Strong Python skills (typing, async, REST APIs, testing) - 0-3 years experience; fresh graduates with strong projects are welcome.Hands-on experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar): chat completions, function/tool calling, structured outputs.Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings/vector search, and RAG basics.Familiarity with agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning loops, and evaluation metrics.Bonus: FastAPI, Docker, web scraping/search APIs, cost-aware engineering, observability.Good written communication - you will be reading and writing prompts and structured reports.Comfortable working from office in Noida, Mon-Fri.Details Location: Noida (work from office)Work days / hours: Monday-Frid
• Design, build, and improve software systems that support the goals of the Python Developer - AI Agents & Research function.
• Translate product or business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Write high-quality code with appropriate testing, code review, and documentation discipline.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and peer engineers to deliver reliable releases.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues, and production risks with a strong root-cause mindset.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering decisions.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation discussions with pragmatic technical trade-offs.
• Break down complex work into clear milestones and communicate status transparently.
• Refactor and simplify existing code where it improves long-term velocity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding fundamentals with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience working with code reviews, testing practices, and collaborative delivery workflows.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams in iterative product or platform environments.
• Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills across the software lifecycle.
