Senior Test Engineer · Pune

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. This role is in the Payments and Cash Management unit, where we work on cutting-edge technology to create world-class financial products that are used by top banks worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare test planning and create test cases to test complex web-based applications.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration & User Acceptance Testing.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements and estimation.
• Provide weekly/daily testing reports to the Test Lead/Manager.
• Work as an individual contributor and maintain high standards of communication.
• Present ideas for system improvements; assist the team in establishing good practices and habits.
• Document test cases and results comprehensively.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
