TheFixedIncome is hiring a Credit Analyst to evaluate debt instruments, corporate creditworthiness, and fixed-income investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze audited financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow trends of corporate debt issuers.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast cash flows and assess debt servicing capability.
• Evaluate creditworthiness, covenant adherence, and capital structure of prospective bond issuers.
• Review credit rating rationale, rating migration trends, and industry peer group dynamics.
• Draft structured credit appraisal notes, investment memos, and bond evaluation reports.
• Monitor existing fixed-income portfolio exposures and track relevant credit rating revisions.
• Conduct fundamental industry research and macroeconomic analysis affecting bond yield spreads.
• Assess collateral quality, security structures, and legal covenants of debt issuances.
• Assist senior analysts in preparing presentations for investment and risk review committees.
• Track regulatory updates from SEBI, RBI, and credit rating agencies impacting bond markets.
• Maintain accurate research databases covering corporate bond issuances and market yields.
