Chartered Accountant - Account · Noida

A venture-backed deep-tech company is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting, MIS, audit coordination, and statutory compliance for its SEZ office in Noida.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations, journal vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations in Tally ERP.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare comprehensive P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and financial projections.
• Design, generate, and present periodic MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors, preparing audit schedules and resolving queries.
• Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Handle SEZ-specific regulatory compliances including SOFTEX filings, LOU/LOP renewals, and SEZ Act reporting.
• Support year-end audit closures and the preparation of financial statements and audit notes.
• Manage vendor payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis, cost control recommendations, and budget variance reports to leadership.
• Maintain proper documentation, accounting records, and compliance registers to meet regulatory audits.
