The Newtown School is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to manage school accounts, fee collections, and compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine financial accounting, general ledger entries, and voucher preparations.
• Oversee student fee processing, billing records, and outstanding payment follow-ups.
• Process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and release vendor disbursements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Calculate, file, and reconcile statutory returns including GST and TDS.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, salary disbursements, and PF calculations.
• Prepare financial statements, income expenditure reports, and balance sheets.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and assist in annual financial audits.
• Maintain petty cash reserves and oversee daily administrative disbursements.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with standard accounting principles and school policies.
