TalentXO is looking for an Associate Lead - AI/ML Engineer to steer technical design, team mentorship, and scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, development, and maintenance of scalable AI and ML solutions using Python.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering best practices in machine learning and software craftsmanship.
• Oversee model training, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Establish robust MLOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and data validation.
• Collaborate with product management to translate business challenges into technical AI/ML roadmaps.
• Drive code reviews, design discussions, and system reliability standards across development teams.
• Implement secure, scalable APIs and microservices for seamless ML model serving.
• Optimize production models for low latency, high throughput, and resource efficiency.
• Evaluate state-of-the-art AI research and drive proof-of-concepts for enterprise adoption.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with data governance, model ethics, and software security standards.
