TalentXO is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to lead and execute advanced Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models tailored for GEO and AEO projects.
• Analyze LLM generation mechanisms and answer retrieval systems to optimize brand and content discoverability.
• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines to evaluate and predict AI search rankings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate machine learning workflows into core production systems.
• Build automated data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering pipelines.
• Conduct continuous model evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance benchmarking.
• Research emerging trends in generative search engines, conversational agents, and LLM behavior.
• Monitor algorithmic shifts across major AI search platforms to refine optimization strategies.
• Ensure high code quality, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation of AI architectures.
• Present data-driven insights and AI framework enhancements to stakeholders.
