Chief Product Manager (LOS, LMS, Digitization) is a delivery-focused opportunity based in Chennai, India.

This position is responsible for leading the product strategy, innovation, and end-to-end execution of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and customer needs through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and management of complex product lifecycles. Drive the execution lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch Drive customer journey digitization from Loan onboarding to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for leading the product strategy, innovation, and end-to-end execution of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and customer needs through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and management of complex product lifecycles
• Drive the execution lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch Drive customer journey digitization from Loan onboarding to disbursement
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams Prioritize the feature roll outs, improvements and bug resolution timelines and effectively communicate to all stakeholders
• Own core deliverables associated with the Chief Product Manager (LOS, LMS, Digitization) role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
• Balance multiple priorities while keeping commitments visible and manageable.
• Support problem-solving across routine work and higher-priority escalations as needed.
