Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to build rapport and source new customer groups for microfinance loans.
• Explain loan products, repayment terms, and credit policies clearly to potential borrowers.
• Verify applicant credentials, income details, and KYC documentation in accordance with norms.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and required paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with branch operations and credit teams for timely loan appraisal and sanctioning.
• Ensure smooth loan disbursement processes in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Conduct regular center meetings and foster trusted relationships with group members.
• Monitor repayment schedules and facilitate timely collection of loan installments.
• Address customer queries, grievances, and service requests promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and update records in the core banking system.
• Educate clients on financial literacy and digital repayment options.
