Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) modules.

- Conduct system testing, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze current production business processes and propose industry-standard improvements.
- Assist end users with cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare support during go-live.
- Provide tier-3 support for incident resolution and critical production support tickets.
- Develop detailed training manuals and deliver end-user training sessions.
- Participate in design reviews for S/4HANA transformations and enterprise enhancements.
