Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Axway SecureTransport (ST) managed file transfer environments.
• Lead coordination between onshore and offshore teams during day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer front-office engagements and client escalations.
• Support 24x7 rotational shift operations including scheduled night and weekend shifts.
• Troubleshoot complex file transfer failures, protocol issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks on Linux.
• Perform system health checks, patch management, and periodic upgrades for Axway applications.
• Optimize SQL queries and database connectivity related to file transfer logging and reporting.
• Design, document, and implement reliable MFT automation workflows and secure partner setups.
• Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) for incident and problem management.
• Drive continuous service improvement by mentoring junior engineers and automating repetitive tasks.
