Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery operations for the UK delivery unit.
• Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction across service towers.
• Manage delivery across Safe Dig, Streetworks, Telecom, and related operations.
• Support the Delivery Head as second-in-command for strategic initiatives.
• Own operational KPIs, SLAs, and financial performance metrics.
• Lead large BPO and operations teams to achieve productivity goals.
• Drive automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication with internal and external clients.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management adherence.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and budgeting activities.
• Coach and mentor team managers and operational leaders.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve service delivery efficiency.
