Shamisha Resources Management is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager for a reputed pharmaceutical company to lead domestic market strategy, brand positioning, and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand marketing plans for domestic pharmaceutical product portfolios.
• Lead new product launches, brand line extensions, and competitive repositioning across target therapeutic segments.
• Design scientific promotional materials, visual aids, product monographs, and detailing inputs for the field force.
• Collaborate closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure accurate scientific messaging and statutory compliance.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prescription trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Organize Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement initiatives, continuing medical education (CME) seminars, and advisory board meetings.
• Provide continuous product and therapeutic training to sales managers and medical representatives.
• Track brand performance metrics, sales conversion rates, and ROI across all marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and production schedules for promotional collateral.
• Formulate customer engagement strategies for hospitals, clinics, distribution stockists, and retail pharmacies.
