Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and workflow management across production lines.
• Assist senior engineers in routine and preventive plant maintenance tasks.
• Monitor operating machinery, equipment performance, and report mechanical anomalies.
• Perform quality checks on finished goods and intermediate components against technical specifications.
• Interpret mechanical schematics, component drawings, and standard operating procedures.
• Record daily production quantities, cycle times, and operational downtime reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational breakdowns to minimize line disruptions.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and production stations for compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in periodic inventory checks for tooling and replacement spares.
• Follow company safety protocols and workplace 5S guidelines on the shop floor.
• Work collaboratively with shop floor technicians and shift supervisors.
