Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hardware & software model records within the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes and requirements.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct data clean-up and streamline model records.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
