Back End Reporting Manager · Bengaluru

Revolutionary Groups is looking for a Back End Reporting Manager to oversee daily data pipelines, maintain operational reporting dashboards, and support cross-functional business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, compile, and distribute regular daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze back-end transactional and operational data to identify trends and operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity by conducting routine audits across reporting systems.
• Build and automate Excel-based spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting macros to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to understand functional reporting requirements.
• Extract and aggregate data from backend databases and administrative portals using queries.
• Develop visually clear MIS dashboards for leadership to monitor key performance metrics.
• Identify discrepancies in back-end records and resolve inconsistencies with source departments.
• Document standardized reporting protocols, workflows, and metric definitions.
• Evaluate existing reporting workflows and recommend tools or logic to improve turnaround times.
• Assist management with ad-hoc reporting requests and detailed root-cause analyses.
