Redplum Private Limited is seeking a proactive Marketplace Associate to drive e-commerce operations and optimize product performance across key online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product listings, catalog updates, and inventory tracking across marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Monitor daily order processing, shipments, returns, and fulfillment workflows to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics partners to prevent stockouts and manage replenishment schedules.
• Analyze marketplace metrics including buy-box percentage, conversion rates, and sales trends.
• Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace advertisements to boost product visibility.
• Audit listings regularly for pricing accuracy, optimized titles, high-resolution imagery, and backend keywords.
• Coordinate with marketplace partner support teams to promptly resolve listing suppressions and account health issues.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and new product introductions to recommend competitive positioning.
• Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards reporting revenue, returns, and ad spend.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer reviews, ratings, and resolution tickets.
