Key Responsibilities

• Connect with qualified inbound and outbound leads through telephone consultations and video meetings.
• Conduct counseling sessions with parents to understand student educational needs and developmental goals.
• Present and demonstrate learning program features, curriculum benefits, and value propositions.
• Guide prospective families through trial classes and navigate onboarding procedures smoothly.
• Handle objections empathetically and negotiate program enrollment fees and payment options.
• Follow up proactively with interested leads to ensure high conversion and timely enrollment.
• Update sales activity records, call notes, and deal statuses accurately in the CRM database.
• Meet and exceed daily call volume, demo booking, and monthly sales conversion targets.
• Collaborate with academic counselors and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Gather feedback from parents to recommend improvements for sales pitches and program offerings.
