The LDC Adopt Operations Manager ensures successful program deployment and embeds LDC program ownership into Countries/Sites in her/his designated ownership area. This role includes partnering with LDC Operations Country Leads across all project phases.
- Support end-to-end Country LDC Journey.
- Ensure overall Go Live readiness reporting/management.
- Manage completion of all country activities related to LDC adoption.
- Ensure all release delivery milestones and toll gates in country are met.
- Work closely with Release managers and Core Enablement teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event strategy and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to local teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program deployment.
