NKM Digital is looking for an Operations & Client Coordination Associate to streamline internal workflows and maintain strong client communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between clients and internal execution teams.
• Schedule and coordinate regular client meetings, status updates, and review calls.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Gather project requirements and feedback from clients and communicate them accurately to internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, activity logs, and account documentation in CRM systems.
• Manage operational schedules, work allocation, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
• Draft professional client correspondence, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Address and escalate client queries or issues promptly to achieve resolution.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and process documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding procedures and documentation for newly acquired clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
