A leading Life Insurance company is hiring an Agency Development Manager to build, lead, and expand a strong agency distribution network in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Business Associates and commission-based insurance agents.
• Train, coach, and upskill agents on life insurance products, sales pitches, and closing techniques.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and review sales progress with the agent team.
• Drive new business acquisition and consistently achieve assigned team sales targets.
• Conduct joint field work with agents to assist in pitching and closing high-value insurance policies.
• Organize team meetings, contests, and engagement programs to boost agent motivation and retention.
• Track and improve agent activation rates, ticket sizes, and overall sales productivity.
• Ensure high policy persistency rates and assist customers with policy renewals and servicing.
• Uphold regulatory compliance and adherence to IRDAI guidelines across all sales operations.
• Identify untapped local market opportunities to continuously grow the agency sales channel.
• Maintain accurate sales records, lead pipelines, and performance reports for leadership review.
