Role Overview

We are seeking experienced data analysts to design and develop high-quality multi-agent benchmark tasks that evaluate the analytical reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems.

• Design and author multi-agent benchmark tasks centred on complex data analysis workflows.
• Create realistic synthetic datasets or curate real-world style datasets.
• Build tasks that require agents to perform cross-referencing and anomaly detection.
• Measure how effectively AI systems perform complex analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with AI teams to refine task requirements.
• Document findings and methodologies for future reference.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and data analysis.
• Contribute to team meetings and project planning sessions.
• Assist in training junior analysts on best practices.
