MGM Healthcare Group is hiring a Group FP&A Manager to join our Corporate Finance team in Chennai and drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Own consolidated management reporting, comprehensive MIS, and executive performance dashboards.
• Drive P&L performance analysis, variance reporting, and financial storytelling for leadership reviews.
• Partner closely with business and functional heads to improve operational financial performance.
• Develop and enhance FP&A processes through automation, standardization, and data-driven reporting.
• Support strategic business cases, major investment evaluations, and capital allocation proposals.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and resource planning exercises across the healthcare network.
• Analyze key operational performance drivers and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure the timely, accurate, and rigorous delivery of financial presentations for executive review.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to streamline closing procedures and ensure alignment on financial data.
