Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer & Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and coordinating civil and structural works with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

• Key Responsibilities Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.Prepare and review civil and architectural drawings as required.Monitor and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.Prepare quantity take-off sheets, measurements, architectural BOQs, and material requirements.Assist in preparing and reviewing estimates, site reports, and progress reports.Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper project documentation.Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding materials, quantities, and execution.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).25 years of relevant experience in construction, project execution, drafting, or quantity estimation.Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and execution.Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Office is required.Good knowledge of architectural product specifications, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and quantity estimation.Experience in site supervision and coordination.Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Preferred Experience working with an architectur
• Plan and execute Civil Engineer & Draftsman workstreams with close attention to safety, quality, and production feasibility.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and execution constraints before work begins.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Identify process risks early and recommend practical corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor adherence to standards, procedures, and engineering requirements during execution.
• Support root-cause analysis for defects, delays, or non-conformance events and drive closure actions.
• Improve process capability through structured observations, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document technical decisions, changes, and lessons learned for repeatable execution.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria for smooth handoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, compliance, and production-readiness expectations.
• Experience coordinating with production, QA, supply chain, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to review specifications, drawings, technical constraints, and execution plans carefully.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills in hands-on delivery environments.
• Comfort documenting process improvements, technical observations, and execution risks.
