LeadFreak is hiring a Process Associate to support marketing operations, lead generation campaigns, and US client account management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily marketing process workflows, prospect research, and lead enrichment activities.
• Identify and verify prospective client data using targeted online research and business directories.
• Maintain and clean contact databases within CRM systems to ensure high data integrity.
• Support outbound marketing campaigns through structured email sequences and outreach workflows.
• Coordinate with US-based client accounts to understand campaign deliverables and targets.
• Track campaign metrics such as response rates, bounce rates, and lead qualification rates.
• Perform quality checks on prospect lists to eliminate duplicates and invalid contact details.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports detailing process outputs.
• Assist in scheduling discovery calls and handing qualified leads over to sales teams.
• Adhere strictly to client process guidelines, service level agreements, and data privacy policies.
• Participate in process training sessions to continually improve workflow productivity and accuracy.
