Key Responsibilities

• Leads Public Health Engineering (PHE) design solutions and technical specifications for large-scale construction projects in the Buildings & Factories division in Chennai
• Translate briefs for DESIGN ENGINEER - PHE into polished visual concepts that align with brand priorities.
• Create campaign, digital, and presentation assets with strong layout, hierarchy, and typography.
• Partner with marketing, product, and content stakeholders to turn objectives into compelling design output.
• Evolve templates, reusable design systems, and visual guidelines that improve team consistency.
• Refine concepts through structured feedback while protecting quality and intent in final work.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets are delivered accurately across required channels.
• Balance speed and craft across multiple campaigns, launches, and stakeholder asks.
