Key Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and manage real-time alerts.
• Oversee incident response workflows, conducting thorough root cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Implement and optimize SIEM, EDR, and log aggregation tools for enhanced observability.
• Execute proactive threat hunting across cloud infrastructure, endpoints, and networks.
• Design and conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with engineering.
• Automate security detection and response playbooks using SOAR frameworks.
• Perform proactive security testing and collaborate on purple team exercises.
• Define security operation metrics, dashboards, and reporting standards for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert in security operations.
