We are seeking a data-driven professional with deep expertise in collections analytics to drive strategy, performance monitoring, and modeling for our lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance collection scorecards and early warning models to predict delinquencies.
• Conduct vintage analysis, roll-rate and flow-rate tracking, and lag-based recovery modeling.
• Create advanced segmentation strategies to tailor collection approaches.
• Collaborate with operations to run A/B tests and champion–challenger strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key collection metrics.
• Work closely with credit risk and other teams to ensure alignment on strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in collections analytics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
