About Effora Effora is building India's premium Beauty & Wellness brand focused on routines, recovery, and visible results through an ecosystem of beauty devices, topicals, supplements, and education. We're looking for a Brand & Content Strategist who combines creativity with analytics - someone who can build content that drives awareness, trust, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance & Content Analytics Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create high-converting ad creatives.
• Analyze creative performance and optimize based on data.
• Build ROI-driven hooks, scripts, ad copies, landing pages, and messaging.

• Identify winning creative angles and scale them across Organic, Paid, and Creator channels.
• Present weekly insights and actionable recommendations.
• Key Metrics: ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC, CPA, Hook Rate, Thumb Stop Rate, Watch Time, Saves, Shares, Engagement Rate, Content-Attributed Revenue. Brand & Content Strategy Own content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Website, and Product Launches.
• Build educational content around beauty science, recovery, and routines. Develop content calendars aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
• Copywriting & Product Positioning Develop product positioning and messaging.
• Write hooks, scripts, captio
