We are seeking a strategic Account Director to lead key relationships within the GCS (Growth Customer Sales) business at JioStar. This role is for someone who brings a strong command of the digital advertising ecosystem, can operate at a consultative level with senior clients, and consistently drives sustainable revenue growth.
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact GCS accounts with clear revenue and growth accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client and agency stakeholders, shaping long-term advertising strategies.
- Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic upsell conversations.
- Identify and implement scalable, digital-first advertising solutions across growth-focused advertisers and agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
