JAR4U is looking for a proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to support daily online marketplace operations, cataloging, and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and catalog details across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Process incoming customer orders promptly to ensure on-time dispatch and fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and update real-time stock availability.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and courier services to track timely order deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries, order returns, cancellations, and replacement requests.
• Reconcile operational data and maintain updated daily dispatch and sales logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate packaging and quality checks.
• Track marketplace health metrics, ratings, and customer reviews to uphold service standards.
• Assist in setting up promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace deals.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements for faster fulfillment workflows.
