Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Understand client property requirements and match them with appropriate real estate portfolios.
• Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and terms of sales agreements effectively.
• Guide clients through legal documentation, booking procedures, and closing formalities.
• Coordinate with real estate developers and channel partners for inventory updates.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Track industry trends, property pricing, and local market developments in Jaipur.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM software.
