Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager - AI to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of Gravity's AI platform, powering intelligent automation and decision-making across healthcare workflows
• This role combines strong technical product leadership, healthcare domain understanding, and hands-on experience with modern AI systems to build scalable, secure, and production-grade AI capabilities
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven platform capabilitiesspanning LLMs, SLMs, ML systems, intelligent workflows, and evaluation frameworks, and work closely with engineering, data science, clinical, and customer-facing teams
• Own core deliverables associated with the 4483- Product Manager, AI role and execute them with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move work from planning through completion.
• Translate goals into clear actions, priorities, and day-to-day execution plans.
• Track progress closely and surface blockers before they affect outcomes.
• Apply sound judgment to maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation, updates, or reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements based on observed friction.
