Innova ESI is seeking an experienced Lead Java & Node.js Developer with 10+ years of overall experience to drive backend architecture and microservices delivery in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Lead backend development initiatives and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs for mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Implement database models, optimize queries, and manage data layers across MySQL and Oracle.
• Deploy, manage, and scale cloud workloads on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and resilience of distributed backend services.
• Define engineering standards, write modular code, and drive rigorous unit testing.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in security and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Identify and remediate performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and production incidents.
