Medical Room Operations Manager / Occupational Health Centre Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage Occupational Health Centre (OHC) / Medical Room Operations across multiple client sites.

• Oversee end-to-end operations of Occupational Health Centres / Medical Rooms across all allocated sites.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and uninterrupted medical services at all locations.
• Manage and support deployment of medical staff including Doctors, AFIH Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, EMTs, and Ambulance Drivers.
• Ensure timely locum arrangements and manpower replacement to avoid operational gaps.
• Monitor attendance management, rostering, and workforce productivity across sites.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining strong control over P&L and operational costs.
• Handle site-level challenges proactively in close coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction across different industry segments.
• Collaborate closely with the compliance team to ensure timely submission and adherence to all statutory and client compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, audits, and performance assessments.
