• Monitor social media metrics and generate actionable weekly analytics reports to improve engagement and reach.
• Identify emerging industry trends and implement innovative campaigns to capture target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social marketing efforts with consulting offerings and sales pipelines.
• Engage actively with online communities, respond to inbound inquiries, and foster relationship building.
• Design and execute organic lead-generation strategies to expand brand outreach and client acquisition.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify market opportunities.
• Optimize profiles and content for search discoverability and brand positioning.
