Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging post copy, short-form video scripts, captions, and graphics in collaboration with design teams.
• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and breaking news to produce timely, relevant content.
• Engage actively with the community by replying to comments, messages, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.
• Plan and coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns to expand audience reach and acquisition.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community giveaways from outreach to execution.
• Establish standard operating procedures for scheduling, publishing, and archiving social media assets.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark content performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
