Flex is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A activities, drive business forecasting, and deliver strategic financial insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of annual operating plans and departmental budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support business forecasting.
• Analyze key business metrics and identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Present financial insights and variance analysis directly to senior management teams.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to support strategic financial planning initiatives.
• Evaluate actual financial performance against operating budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Provide strategic decision support through scenario analysis and business case modeling.
• Streamline budgeting and forecasting workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting standards and global financial guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and procurement teams.
• Support executive presentations and reporting packages for business reviews.
