• What You Will Be Doing Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-grade software applications and services.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.Develop high-quality backend applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices-based solutions.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Participate in architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and application modernization initiatives.Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability across distributed systems.Create and maintain technical specifications, design documentation, and implementation artifacts.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions.Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor less experienced developers.Lead small to medium-sized development initiatives and coordinate technical deliverables.Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across development teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding fundamentals with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience working with code reviews, testing practices, and collaborative delivery workflows.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions.
• Comfort partnering with cross-functional teams in iterative product or platform environments.
• Strong debugging, communication, and ownership skills across the software lifecycle.
