Responsibilities:

• As a Social Media Executive, you'll help us stay ahead of trends, drive engagement, and build a strong online presence across platforms.

• Creating, curating, and scheduling content across Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & more

• Working closely with content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy

• Writing captions, one-liners, and threads that are smart, sharp, and scroll-worthy

• Monitoring social conversations, responding to DMs/comments, and driving community engagement

• Tracking performance metrics and sharing insights to improve content

• Jumping on trends and making them relevant to the Exitfund voice
  

What were looking for:

• 3 + years of experience managing social media for a brand or publication

• Strong understanding of startup culture, Twitter lingo, meme marketing, and business content

• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas

• Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva is required

• Comfortable with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.

• Highly organized, proactive, and quick to adapt

• Bonus if you have worked with business or finance-focused brands/content
