We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Capital Markets to join our Operations Division as a Digital Product Owner leading multiple product teams focused on delivering value within the client onboarding experience. This role combines operational efficiency with design thinking and agile delivery within a product management framework, working with key stakeholders and business partners across the firm to deliver an onboarding experience that enables human-centered complete wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the individual accountable for one or more systems, leading a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.
• Align strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next and into the future.
• Oversee management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones and success criteria necessary to deliver outcomes.
• Interpret user feedback and manage stakeholder relationships to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management protocols.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product team.
