Ekam Illam Private Limited is looking for a Lead Java Developer with hands-on expertise in backend architecture and AWS cloud infrastructure to steer core product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end technical roadmap and system architecture for three core software products.
• Lead hands-on backend design and development using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Manage, scale, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure supporting multi-tenant applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate vision into delivery plans.
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from ideation and architectural design to deployment.
• Ensure application compliance with industry security protocols, cloud governance, and best practices.
• Establish technical documentation, engineering standards, and cloud operations guidelines.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, conducting code reviews and architectural assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, and track sprint deliverables to ensure projects finish on time and within scope.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and auto-scaling mechanisms across production services.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and tools to enhance engineering productivity.
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and product managers to ensure dependable continuous releases.
