• Role Overview The Financial Analyst (AR) will be responsible for analysing financial and receivables data, generating insights, supporting cash flow visibility, and driving reporting excellence
• Key Responsibilities Perform Accounts Receivable analysis and monitor collection performance trends Conduct cost variance analysis and identify opportunities for financial optimisation Prepare cash flow analysis, forecasts, and management reports Develop financial models, dashboards, and performance reports Analyse ageing reports and support initiatives to improve receivable recoveries Support monthly financial closing and reconciliation activities Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and business planning Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data and reporting Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve overall business performance What We're Looking For 23 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Reporting, Finance, or Accounts Receivable Hands-on experience in cost variance analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful business insights Educational Qualifications MBA in Finance, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent finance qualification from
• Own day-to-day Financial Analyst (Accounts Receivable) workflows with a focus on throughput, control, and process clarity.
• Track operational execution closely and intervene early when bottlenecks or exceptions emerge.
• Coordinate across teams to keep dependencies moving and stakeholders informed.
• Review reports, data, or reconciliations to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
• Standardize repeatable processes and improve documentation so work is easier to execute reliably.
• Resolve escalations with urgency while preserving process integrity and service quality.
• Maintain clear records of outcomes, blockers, and action items for operational visibility.
• Partner with managers and functional teams to improve workflow design and turnaround times.
